- Rearm now only refreshes ultimate CD if you have Aghanim's
- Stone Gaze time to get stoned from 3 to 2.5, this stun now follows diminishing returns rule
- Rearm+Exorcism can no longer be picked outside RC
- Supernova CD from 110 to 120, manacost from 200 to 175/275/375
- Techies mines activation time down to 1.5
- Supernova now refreshes ultimate spells down to 3 secs instead of to 0s (Agh: allies too)
- Juxtapose hero duplicating chance for ranged attackers from to 40/45/50% to 25/30/35%
- Phantasm range illusions damage dealt from 90% to 60%, mirror image range illusions damage from 30/35/40/45% to 20/25/30/35%, conjure image range illusion damage from 30/40/50/60% to 15/25/35/45%, Juxtapose range illusion damage from 22% to 18%
