hollow mask back to 1900 gold, attack speed 100% to 70%, damage taken 20%
arrancar mask attack speed to 85%, damage taken 15%

Mobility Shop removed(lack of items)

Extra commands to camera system -C, -Zoom -Cam also works.
Item sell percent to 70 from 75

Kisame back to how he was, except keeping ultimate the same.
Ishida is now int.
